- All prices are in Euros (€).
- For a stay of less than 4 days, the price increases 30%.
- In the high season, the minimal stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Children up to 12 years of age do not have to pay the sojourn tax.
- Children from 12 to 18 pay 50% of the sojourn tax.
- Registration per person 1.00 €.
- Extra bed 6.00 €. |

- When making the reservation 30% of the total amount, with a minimum of 100 €.
- The remainder when taking up residence in the apartment. |

- Electricity, water, and gas.
- Bedclothes and towels, except for beach towels.
- Equipment and utensils for cooking and eating.
- Final cleaning
- Changing of bedding and towels after departure and/or every 7 days.
- Free parking |
| The price does not include: |
- Sojourn tax and registration of guests.
- Use of the air conditioner and heater (5.00 € extra per day) |
| Extras: |
- Bicycles can be rented.
The price list and house rules are necessary elements involved iin the rentalk of apartments and have been composed according to the relevant laws and regulations governing residence in tourist apartments (NN 16/95). |
